Community Initiatives
Unity in Help is proud to collaborate with and advise various community-driven efforts. These projects are led by independent individuals or groups and are not directly funded or operated by our organization.
Palakkad Housing Project
Build a permanent home for an eligible family.
Total project cost: ₹10.5 lakhs (~$11,600). Construction completed — fully funded by generous supporters. Estimated completion: Sep 2026.
Kadirur House Completion
Complete essential portions of an unfinished house for a struggling family.
Kitchen, two rooms, and bathroom construction. Coordinated with the local community and masjid — fully funded. Estimated completion: May 2026.
Well in Cambodia
Provide access to safe, clean water for a community in Cambodia.
Through the Zakat Foundation of America’s Give the Gift of Clean Water initiative, Unity in Help youth volunteers launched “Malayalees for Clean Water,” raising funds to build wells and hand pumps for communities without reliable access to clean water.
